Girl group NewJeans’ has achieved yet another milestone.
On December 3rd, Rolling Stone magazine unveiled “The 100 Best Songs of 2024”. Fans were delighted to discover that “How Sweet” had placed high on the list at #35.
The publication went on to praise the song, writing that, “Since their debut in 2022, NewJeans have brought sounds and genres that weren’t commonly found in K-pop to the foreground.“
Rolling Stone magazine was not the only publication to praise the song. “How Sweet” also appeared on PopMatter’s “The 15 Best K-Pop Songs of 2024.”
The group also ranked highly on Japanese publications. In a list released by Yahoo! JAPAN, the group placed 3rd on the “Musician” section of the “Yahoo! Search Awards 2024.”
