Slated for release on the 8th of this month, the documentary “Bodymentary – Confessions of ‘Weight’” brings together Kim Wan-sun, Han Seung-yeon (KARA), Jeon Hyo-sung (SECRET), So Yoo (SISTAR), and Hwasa (MAMAMOO) as they explore the sensitive topic.
The five women were each known at the height of their careers as the “Madonna of Korea” or the “epitome of an idol.” What truths did they discover once they hit rock bottom?
Together, the women embark on a journey to explore the shame and stigma of weight loss.
